Woodlawns Landscape Company seeks a confident, relationship-focused Landscape Client Representative to manage a portfolio of commercial landscape clients throughout the City of Chicago. You will be the primary contact and collaborate with Operations to deliver exceptional work.

This role emphasizes building strong client relationships, presenting recommendations, preparing accurate estimates and proposals, and leading annual contract renewals.

Qualifications

• Experience in client relationship management, sales, hospitality, or other high-touch service environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
• Ability to prepare accurate estimates and professional proposals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of commercial landscape clients.
• Build trusted, long-term client relationships through proactive communication and regular visits.
• Understand client priorities and communicate expectations to Operations.
• Prepare accurate estimates, proposals, and contract documents.
• Present recommendations to clients and follow up on open proposals.
• Lead the annual contract-renewal process for assigned clients.
• Maintain client notes, proposals, and follow-up activity in the system.
