Growth Factor Group, Inc. seeks a Business Development Executive focused on commercial facility landscape maintenance contracts in the Baltimore area, including Owings Mills.

You will build relationships with property managers, developers, and HOAs, and drive long-term client growth with a focus on maintenance and snow removal services. Must Have:

• Established network in commercial property management, developers, and HOAs, with ties to BOMA, NAIOP, or similar Baltimore CRE organizations.
• 5-7 years new-business track record in commercial landscaping, facility maintenance, or related services.
• Outgoing, growth-minded team player who excels in relationship-driven environments.

You’ll Receive:

• $75 - $90K base + commission with strong earning potential.
