Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development roles.
  • Experience in sales, account management, or business development.
  • Familiarity with commercial landscaping or related field is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally within the Hurst, TX area.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and secure new business within commercial landscape maintenance and installation.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with property managers, HOAs, developers, contractors, and commercial property stakeholders.
  • Perform site evaluations to understand client requirements and propose landscaping solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, estimates, and service contracts in coordination with internal teams.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue objectives.
  • Attend networking opportunities and industry-related events to increase brand visibility.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline using CRM platforms.
  • Collaborate with operations for smooth project transitions and high client satisfaction.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing structures.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities with current clients, including seasonal or enhancement services.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Generate and secure new business within commercial landscape maintenance and installation services

Required Qualifications:
  • Experience in sales, account management, or business development (B2B experience preferred)

  • Demonstrated success in developing and sustaining client relationships
  • Highly organized, goal-oriented, and self-driven
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Ability to handle multiple leads, projects, and priorities effectively
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally within the Hurst, TX area
Education & Background:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Landscape Management, Horticulture, or a related discipline is preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development roles
  • Previous experience in landscaping, construction, facilities management, or property services is strongly preferred
