Colleague is seeking an experienced Landscape Account Manager to support landscaping operations in the Hurst, TX area. You will manage a portfolio of commercial properties and residential communities, ensuring service excellence and long-term client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include serving as the main contact for accounts, coordinating maintenance with field teams, preparing proposals and renewals, and maintaining detailed records.

Qualifications

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Landscape Account Manager to help drive the continued our landscaping operations in the Hurst, TX area. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of commercial properties and residential communities while ensuring exceptional service, smooth operations, and long-term client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned commercial and residential landscape accounts
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with property managers, HOA representatives, and residential clients
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality standards, safety requirements, and overall landscape conditions are met
• Partner with operations managers and field teams to coordinate maintenance services and landscape enhancement projects
• Prepare service proposals, contract renewals, and project estimates
• Respond to client questions, concerns, and service requests in a timely and professional manner
• Monitor account performance and ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled
• Maintain detailed records of site inspections, customer interactions, and completed services
• Ensure every property meets company standards and consistently exceeds quality expectations

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in landscape management, account management, customer service, or a related position
• Experience overseeing both commercial and residential landscape accounts is highly preferred
• Understanding of landscape maintenance, irrigation systems, plant care, and enhancement services
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
• Effective analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail
• Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM or field service management software is a plus
• Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are encouraged to apply
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Education:
