You will lead multiple projects from concept to completion, manage budgets and schedules, mentor junior staff, and coordinate with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or related field.
• 5+ years experience in planning, landscape architecture, or multidisciplinary design.
• Professional licensure or certification preferred.
• Experience working on land development projects in both public and private sectors.
• Proficiency in common design and drafting software platforms.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Adaptable and effective in a fast paced team environment.

Responsibilities

The team is building a group of skilled designers and project leaders who support all phases of a project. As the firm expands, they are looking for someone ready to step into a leadership role, guide projects with confidence, and help the team continue to develop.

What you'll be doing:
