Job summary

Thomas Young Group in Atlanta is seeking a Senior Landscape Architect to lead large-scale projects from concept to completion. You will develop design strategies aligned with client goals and firm objectives, coordinating with architects, engineers, and planners.

You will mentor designers, manage budgets and schedules, nurture client relationships to win new business, and ensure design excellence across public and private sectors through sustainable, urban design and master planning.

Qualifications

• 13+ years of experience in landscape architecture with a proven track record leading complex projects.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality public and private sector work.
• Expertise in urban design, master planning, and sustainable landscape solutions.
• Ability to lead and mentor design teams, providing strategic direction and oversight.
• Strong business development skills, including client relationship management and proposal development.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software.
