Qualifications:
This position requires excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills for working within a collaborative, interdisciplinary design team environment. An ability to work at a variety of project scales from planning to detail design is fundamental, as is knowledge of plants and ecology. The ideal candidate will have technical expertise in AutoCAD with working experience in other 3d modeling software including Revit, Rhino and SketchUp. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and In-Design, are necessary, as well as good hand graphics and writing skills.
Description:
This position is currently available in our San Francisco office. We are looking for self-motivated, ambitious and talented individuals to be at the center of Hart Howerton’s planning and design of residential, hospitality and mixed-use development projects at multiple scales in the US and abroad.
The Landscape Designer will work as part of an interdisciplinary team on landscape architectural and planning projects, incorporating planning and architecture. Tasks will include all aspects of landscape design and construction drawing set production at a range of scales from master planning documentation to detailed site design. The Designer must demonstrate the ability to manage and coordinate the efforts of others effectively.
The salary range for this position is $65,000-$100,000.
