Job Duties -

Define and lead the technical strategy, design, and architecture for new Agentic AI solutions, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and long-term technology roadmap.

Translate complex business requirements into scalable, robust, and ethical Agentic AI architectures.

Develop blueprints for multi-agent systems, outlining their interactions, data flows, and integration points within the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy autonomous AI agent ecosystems using frameworks such as LangChain, Lang Graph, and Semantic Kernel.
• Architect LLM-powered workflows involving multi-agent collaboration, decision logic, memory management, and external tool integration.
• Build end-to-end Gen AI solutions - develop, refine, and implement advanced Gen AI models.
• Lead the integration of LLMs and LangChain into business processes.
• Utilize Python and other data manipulation languages proficiently to prepare and manipulate data.
• Create and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems utilizing vector databases for efficient knowledge retrieval.
• Architect scalable backend systems that support platforms serving multiple daily users.
• Lead the AI transformation strategy with Scalable approach.
• Work closely with AI Strategists, and Domain SMEs to define solution blueprints, MVP scopes, and transformation roadmaps.
• Stay current with GenAI advancements, toolchains, and research (LLMs, embeddings, vector DBs, agent planning/reasoning).
• Provide technical mentorship and hands-on support to team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on AI governance, responsible AI practices, and integration into enterprise environments.
  
  

Job Requirements -

8+ years of experience as an Agentic AI architect at an Enterprise scale level, This is a critical new implementation role, requiring deep expertise in agentic AI principles, machine learning, and enterprise architecture. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in leveraging Python, Microsoft Copilot, and RPA capabilities to create intelligent, self-optimizing workflows across our complex healthcare/pharmaceutical landscape, with a strong focus on integration with our SAP ERP system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science, ML, AI or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in AI/ML, including 5+ years as a Solution Architect and 2+ years of hands-on development with LLMs. Hands on Agentic AI experience.
• Strong experience with Python and orchestration libraries such as Lang Chain, Lang Graph, Llama Index, Semantic Kernel, or similar.
• Experience with custom Microsoft orchestration with Azure AI services.
• Experience with Copilot studio, GraphQL, Logic App and Cosmos DB.
• Experience with LLM routing.
• Experience with Multi Agent orchestration.
• Deep knowledge of LLMs (Open AI GPT, etc.), prompt engineering, agent memory, tool calling, and autonomous task execution.
• Excellent understanding of machine learning algorithms, processes, tools, and platforms.
• Understanding of enterprise solutioning with Azure cloud platforms, API integration, and AI security best practices.
• Detailed understanding of replication technologies and their use cases.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate the ability to learn and adapt.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
  
  

Desired Skills & Experience -

Healthcare industry experience, Dallas area preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on exposure to cognitive architecture, planning-based agents, or reinforcement learning in real-world deployments.
• Business domain knowledge with health and life sciences.
• Experience integrating AI agents into enterprise apps like Salesforce, SAP, or custom apps via APIs.
• Understanding of AI observability, performance monitoring, and ethical guidelines in GenAI systems.
