Crafton Tull, an employee-owned planning, design, and surveying firm, seeks a Landscape Architect Project Manager to lead entitlements, zoning, and permitting for Oklahoma City development projects.

You will oversee masterplanning, site planning, and client presentations, directing a team of landscape professionals through design to implementation, while coordinating with regulators and stakeholders to ensure success.

Formación

• Professional degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited college or university; five to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certification as Registered Landscape Architect licensed to practice in your state and able to become certified in other states as required.
• Must possess valid driver license.

Responsabilidades

• Lead entitlements, zoning, and permitting effort for development projects in the Oklahoma City, OK office.
• Oversee masterplanning, site planning, and client presentations from concept through implementation.
• Direct landscape architects and technicians in preparing drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants, regulators, and clients to ensure on-time project delivery.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and progress reporting in accordance with company policy.
