Job summary

Crafton Tull is seeking a Landscape Architect Project Manager in Oklahoma City to lead entitlements, zoning, and permitting for development projects. You will drive masterplanning, site planning, and client coordination from concept to implementation, coordinating with regulatory agencies and internal teams.

The role requires a professional license and significant experience in landscape architecture, with strong communication, leadership, and design skills to deliver complex urban projects.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited college or university.
• Five to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certification as Registered Landscape Architect licensed to practice in your state and able to become certified in other states as required.

Responsibilities

• Provides project management including plans, scheduling, budgeting, reports, and quality control.
• Leads preparation of zoning and entitlement documents and materials for development projects.
• Produces masterplans and site plans for commercial and multi-family projects.
• Prepares schedules, drafts scope of work, contracts, and integrates design elements.
• Researches and prepares proposals for clients.
• Coordinates with accounting to set up new projects and invoicing.
