Halff is seeking to hire an experienced Team Leader to lead our Planning and Landscape Architecture team in the Oklahoma City office. What You Will Do

• The responsibilities of this leadership position include oversight of the Oklahoma planning and design team and facilitation of our efforts to deliver award-winning projects.
• Projects will include comprehensive plans, parks and trails planning, downtown and special area plans, mobility planning, codes and development guidance, and much more.
• The ideal candidate can balance client, company and project team responsibilities, including strategic pursuits and marketing, project leadership, team representation, oversight and preparation of high-quality documents and deliverables, and interactive public engagement.

What You Will Need

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Regional/Urban Planning, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or a closely related field.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in a planning capacity.
• Three or more years of recent project management experience in a consultant or similar private sector capacity.
• Well organized, detail‑oriented individual with strong leadership and relationship skills.
• Comfortable with public speaking and community engagement.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Familiarity and experience with computer programs such as GIS, Adobe Creative Suite, and Office.
• The ability to travel periodically to client communities.
• Experience working with both public and private sector clientele is desired.
• AICP and/or other certifications from our allied professional (ASLA, AIA, CNU‑A, LEED, etc.) is desired.
