Gateway Engineers is seeking a qualified Landscape Architect to coordinate projects and oversee design work. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture and strong skills in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.

The ideal candidate will oversee project plans and specifications while maintaining relationships with clients and contractors. Strong design and technical abilities are necessary for success in this role, which also offers a supportive environment with excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or similar field required.
• Professional Landscape Architect certification is required.
• Preferred LEED certification, AICP bonus.
• Experience in rendering, technology/software, design, and permitting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects with clients and contractors.
• Design and review drawings for landscape architecture.
• Assist in preparation and quality control of permit applications.
• Provide project-specific information to Project Manager.
• Perform plan drafting using CADD software.
• Develop solutions to technical/design problems.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Serve as company representative in project meetings.
