Job summary

Pape-Dawson Engineers in the United States is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Landscape Architecture to lead complex planning and design efforts from strategy through delivery. You will supervise planners and landscape architects, guiding project leaders while maintaining active client relationships and ensuring high-quality outcomes.

You will mentor teams, balance client needs with timelines and budgets, and contribute to business development by pursuing new opportunities and collaborating

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience in planning, landscape architecture, design, or a related field.
• Demonstrated success leading complex projects and larger, multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong client relationship and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and navigate competing priorities.
• Experience mentoring, coaching, or developing other project managers and design professionals.
• Ability to think strategically while remaining engaged in the details that drive project success.
• Experience contributing to business development, including proposals, presentations, interviews, networking, and/or client relationship development.
• Strong understanding of project delivery, financial performance, schedules, and team management.
• A leadership mindset grounded in collaboration, accountability, and a commitment to excellence.
