Job summary

Gothic Landscape in Orange County, CA, is seeking a Landscape Management Account Manager to deliver outstanding customer service, manage production crews and grow key contracts. You’ll build strong client relationships and lead branch growth in targeted markets.

You should have 5+ years of client and crew management in commercial landscaping, and be fluent in Spanish and English. This role offers a competitive salary, bonus potential, and a supportive, fast-paced work environment.

Qualifications

• Commercial landscape experience in an account manager role.
• 5+ years of client and crew management experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is highly preferred.
• 2-4 year college degree in a related field (landscape preferred) or equivalent experience.
• Strong proposal writing, presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create strong relationships with customers through communication and service, ensuring timely quality on projects.
• Manage crew members including morning dispatch, performance management, and planning workloads.
• Provide proactive site quality reviews and communicate assessments.
• Network and earn referrals to support branch growth objectives.
• Lead the branch in growing base contracts in targeted markets and locations.
• Assist the branch team in achieving quality, retention, growth and profitability.
