Job summary

Cutters Edge Total Landscape Solutions is seeking a Landscape Account Manager to act as the primary liaison between clients and operations. You will monitor project timelines, communicate progress, sell enhancements, renew contracts, and assist with budgets while ensuring timely issue resolution.

This full-time role offers a company car and compensation consisting of salary plus bonus/commission. Typical hours are Monday–Friday, 6:30am–3:30pm, in Boynton Beach, FL.

Responsibilities

• Serves as liaison between crew and customer and customer and company management
• Proactively builds relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for expansion
• Continuously updates customer database
• Handles requests, problems and questions and ensures resolution
• Executes orders for job materials, schedules work, and follows up with customers
• Meets with Crew Leaders to monitor budgeted hours and address properties needing attention
• Conducts routine site visits and schedules inspections
• Provides onsite training for employees as needed
