Job summary

Berman Construction seeks a Landscape Account Manager in Orlando, FL to oversee a portfolio of commercial landscape accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and operational success. You will manage client relationships, coordinate with production teams, and support account performance through communication, inspections, and contract management.

Responsibilities include ensuring properties meet appearance and service standards and supporting renewals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, preferably in landscaping or property services.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
• Working knowledge of landscape operations and service delivery standards.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; must be insurable.
• CPO license preferred but not required.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and property walk-throughs
• Proactively inspect properties, identify issues, and recommend solutions within client needs and budgets
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and maximize customer satisfaction and retention
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure quality, scheduling, and contract compliance
• Ensure properties consistently meet appearance, quality, and service expectations
• Support contract renewals, enhancements, and property measurements as needed
• Work with administrative staff to ensure accurate and timely contract documentation
• Represent Berman professionally with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
