Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 3+ years in Owner/Landowner Relations, Land, Customer Service, Case Management or related field.
• Prior leadership, supervisory, team-lead, coaching, or informal leadership experience.
• Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, digitally enabled customer service or case management environment.
• Sound judgment and decision-making with the ability to prioritize competing needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and performance of the Landowner Relations team, ensuring inquiries are handled accurately, consistently, and timely in a high-volume setting.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management while balancing productivity, quality, and responsiveness.
• Oversee case and task execution, workload, capacity, quality, and adherence to Landowner Relations processes in a digital environment.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve landowner inquiries, including complex or escalated matters, and identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Support evolution of Landowner Relations through process, technology, reporting, automation, and digital capabilities to enhance efficiency and landowner experience.
