- Oversee landfill operations and supervise staff.
- Develop site operational plans with the General Manager.
- Ensure safety, environmental and permit compliance across the site.
- Manage relationships with outside contractors and maintenance teams.
- Plan and implement procedures for receiving and disposing of waste.
