Job summary

Republic Services is seeking an Operations Supervisor – Landfill to supervise a team of Lead Operators, Operators and General Laborers at a landfill site. You will ensure fill sequencing, density goals, and regulatory compliance while coordinating with the Operations Manager and General Manager to meet budget goals and strategic targets.

You will drive safety, customer experience, and efficiency, implement loss control programs, and promote employee engagement within the landfill workforce.
