Job summary

Republic Services is seeking an Operations Supervisor – Landfill in Virginia to oversee a team of Lead Operators, Operators and General Laborers. You will ensure fill sequencing, density goals, and permit compliance while collaborating with leadership to drive safety, customer experience, and efficiency.

You will lead safety programs, engage employees, and support budget achievement, with a focus on operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
