Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with college coursework in office administration.
• Associates degree preferred.
• Experience in field inspections and measurement required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the public with regulations and inquiries about the Land Use Program.
• Perform field inspections and verify land use requirements.
• Gather data for the CAMA system and prepare Land Use Applications.
• Support Administrative Assistant and manage office files.
• Communicate with property owners and contractors in the field.
• Maintain appointments and assist during informal appeals.
• Operate office equipment and software.
