Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Surveying or Civil Engineering is preferred or equivalent experience.
• Ohio P.S. licensure is required with potential for additional state licensure.
• Minimum 6+ years of progressive surveying experience including project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or MicroStation OpenRoads.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client‑focused skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the responsible professional for the successful completion of survey projects or survey components.
• Develop and monitor project schedules to align with deadlines.
• Manage project budgets, revenues, billings, and receivables.
• Mentor staff and provide technical guidance on boundary determinations.
• Prepare ALTA surveys, boundary plats, and easement documentation.
• Coordinate field operations with Field Team Leader and Crew Chiefs.
• Review deliverables for accuracy and completeness and submit to clients and agencies.
