Job summary

Registered Professional Surveyor (P.S.) in Ohio required; other states preferred.
6+ years surveying experience with project management responsibilities.
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or MicroStation OpenRoads.
Strong communication and leadership with a client-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

Lead survey projects from scope to delivery, ensuring quality and on-time completion.
Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and billings.
Provide guidance to Staff Surveyors and Technicians.
Coordinate with DOT, municipal, and development surveys.
Prepare ALTA surveys and boundary plats as required.
