Job summary

American Structurepoint, Inc. seeks a Project Manager for our Land Surveying Group in Columbus, Ohio, or nearby cities. You will lead survey projects, manage schedules, budgets, and client satisfaction while coordinating field and office teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.

The role requires a P.S. license in Ohio and 6+ years of progressive surveying experience with project management responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• Registered Professional Surveyor (P.S.) in Ohio is required; other state licensure is a plus.
• Minimum 6+ years of progressive surveying experience with project management responsibilities.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or MicroStation OpenRoads; strong boundary law knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee survey projects within the Land Surveying Group; ensure schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Develop and monitor project schedules; manage revenue, billings, budgets, and AR.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to staff; coordinate field and office activities.
