• Negotiate and acquire real property rights for system capital projects and new customer work.
• Coordinate with engineers, planning and authorities on easement needs and permits.
• Prepare legal documents, maps, deeds, and easements for company land matters.
• Maintain records for Land & Rights of Way and monitor legislative impacts.
