Job summary

LTL-Team is seeking a detail-oriented Land Acquisition Agent to support our Hawaii projects. You will work with property owners, public agencies, and stakeholders to secure rights for project completion while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Responsibilities include negotiating acquisitions, conducting property research, coordinating with teams, and maintaining accurate records. In-person work in Hawaii is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate or a related field.
• Hawaii real estate license preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret easement documents, deeds, title reports, and maps.
• Proficient with MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Assist with acquisition and relocation projects in compliance with federal and state laws.
• Negotiate with property owners to acquire land, easements, and rights of way.
• Conduct property research including title reviews and land use analysis.
• Coordinate with project teams to secure timely property rights.
• Maintain records and project files to federal standards.
• Assist relocation efforts and communicate benefits to displaced parties.
