Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, with a minimum of 3 years of in-house or field experience.
• Experience in title work, leasing, contractor or crew-chief management, and proficiency in land systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field contractors, staffing projects, and review/maintain work product for QA/QC within time and budget.
• Collaborate with PM and crew chief; communicate work requirements to contract landmen and review delivered work.
• Coordinate staffing with the PM; screen candidates for contracts.
• Experience with land programs and standard software (Office 365, Adobe) and document flow management.
• Demonstrate problem-solving, strong analytics, and ability to lead multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
