Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline (Civil preferred).
• 4+ years of professional engineering experience, preferably in land development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development of Land Development Plans; prepare drawings, specs, and reports from schematic design through construction.
• Coordinate permits through regulatory agencies for large-scale projects.
• Perform zoning interpretation and feasibility studies, drawings, specs, and reports.
• Contribute to stormwater design: H&H modeling, Erosion and Sediment Control planning, etc.
• Utilize understanding of ordinances/regulations to ensure compliance with permitting processes.
• Engage with regulatory agencies.
• Manage all aspects of project efforts and interface with clients.
• Nurture existing client relationships and develop new clients.
• Mentor junior staff.
• Provide quality control of staff designs and reports.
• Prepare proposals and track project budgets for profitability.
• Additional duties may be assigned, as needed.
