Job summary

Kimley-Horn in Los Angeles, CA is seeking Planning students for an in-office role. This position is not remote and offers exposure to pre-construction planning, permitting, and regulatory analysis.

You will work with project managers and multidisciplinary teams to develop plans that reflect clients’ visions for the future built environment, while gaining practical experience in zoning, land use studies, and agency coordination.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a Planning degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in City and Regional Planning, Urban Planning, Transportation Planning, or related major.

  • Evaluate development proposals to identify compliance with zoning regulations.
  • Prepare planning and land use studies.
  • Coordinate with various municipal and state agencies.

Kimley-Horn is looking for Planning students to join our Los Angeles, California (CA) office! This is not a remote position.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • In the process of receiving a Planning Degree (Bachelors or Masters) from an accredited program in of the following majors:
    • City and Regional Planning
    • Urban Planning
    • Transportation Planning
    • Or Other Related Major

Hourly Range:

$30 - $31
