Reynolds Lake Oconee in Greensboro, GA seeks a Land Planner to assist in shaping the campus master plan, analyze land use, and support the Director of Planning and Senior Planner across design and site planning projects.

Responsibilities include master planning, subdivision design, site plans, field data collection, and coordination with regulatory agencies. A minimum of 3 years in related planning roles is expected.

Competenze

• Minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible experience in master planning, site planning, subdivision design, and construction documentation.
• High proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word; AutoCAD and Civil3D experience preferred.
• Ability to produce layout and grading plans for permitting and construction purposes.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to work in a team.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Physical ability to perform field reviews on undeveloped property.

• Conduct site observations and make recommendations for project adjustments.
• Assist in interpretation of design intent and project plans.
• Prepare concept plans and master plans; support long-range master planning.
• Assist in zoning documentation, submittals, and due diligence.
• Prepare site development constructions documents and cost estimates.
• Gathers field data via GPS and coordinates with other departments.
• Obtain permits, approvals, and variances from authorities; build relationships with agencies.
