Job summary

Reynolds Lake Oconee is seeking a full-time on-site Groundskeeper in Greensboro, GA. The role focuses on landscape maintenance, installation of plant material, and safe operation of equipment at 1000 Vista Drive, Greensboro. You will spray/record chemicals, maintain mulch areas, and supervise crew as needed.

Ideal candidates have experience in landscape maintenance, knowledge of plant material, and can perform outdoor labor in varied weather. Safety protocols and PPE usage are expected daily.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in landscape maintenance or landscape installation required.
• Knowledge of plant material.
• Physically able to bend, stretch, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to stand on feet for extended periods.
• Must be able to perform outdoor physical labor in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance on all ornamental plantings, ex: fertilizing, watering and pruning
• Installation of plant material
• Spray/record all chemicals
• Maintain mulch/pine straw areas
• Operates construction equipment (ex: loader/backhoe)
• Supervise crew as required
