Job summary

Reynolds Lake Oconee in Greensboro, NC seeks a Land Planner to assist in shaping the campus master plan and land use analysis. You will support the Director of Planning and Senior Planner across master planning, subdivision design, site planning, and permitting coordination, using AutoCAD Civil3D.

Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in master/site planning and be proficient in Excel, Word, AutoCAD, and related tools; strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible experience in master planning, site planning, subdivision design, and construction documentation.
• High proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, AutoCAD; AutoCAD Civil3D preferred.
• Ability to produce layout and grading plans for permitting and construction purposes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare concept plans and master plans for Reynolds Lake Oconee campus.
• Assist in development of long-range master plans and zoning submittals.
• Coordinate with surveyors for preliminary field staking and plats.
• Prepare site plans, cost estimates, budgets, and project documentation.
• Obtain permits, approvals, and variances from local, state, and federal authorities.
