Job summary

Digital Consultants is seeking an experienced Land Mobile Radio Engineer to support PFPA law enforcement radio capabilities. You will operate, maintain, and sustain LMR architectures for security environments and provide on-site support during deployments and exercises.

Requirements include a Secret clearance, 5 years of LMR experience, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. The role offers full-time employment with competitive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.
• 5 years of demonstrated experience installing and maintaining Land Mobile Radio devices and infrastructure.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Military MOS in logistics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 PFPA support for LMR/M/A-COM networks and DAS systems.
• Repair equipment and coordinate with vendors for electronic failures.
• Configure, install, burn-in, and test Distributed Antenna Systems in the NCR.
• Support PFPA vehicle fleets with LMR, GPS, and IP-based communications equipment.
• On-site support at remote sites during installations, testing, and exercises.
• Assist with COOP operations and contingencies as needed.
• Maintain equipment checkout/in system and track asset location.
