Job summary

Digital Consultants, LLC is seeking a Land Mobile Radio (LMR) Engineer to support PFPA law enforcement radio capabilities in the Pentagon environment. The engineer will operate, maintain, and sustain the LMR architecture, provide on-site support, perform system installations and testing, and ensure readiness of mobile devices for deployment.

Candidates will have a Secret clearance, 5+ years’ experience with LMR systems, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

Active Secret clearance required.
5+ years of experience installing and maintaining Land Mobile Radio devices, systems, and infrastructure.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience and training.

Responsibilities

Respond to PFPA on Motorolas, M/A-COM, and related servers 24/7 with a 4-hour response time.
Maintain PFPA encryption systems and perform LMR device configuration per IT security policies (STIGs).
Design, install, test, and sustain Distributed Antenna Systems in the NCR region.
Provide on-site support at remote sites and during COOP exercises or contingencies.
Track equipment status and ensure return of devices on time.
