Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton in Chantilly, VA is seeking a land mobile radio specialist to provide technical and implementation support to the enterprise LMR program, including over-the-air programming and rekeying of radio systems.

You will collaborate with federal, state, and local partners, review interoperability agreements, manage radio inventory and batteries, and help develop policies, procedures, training, and briefings to strengthen emergency communications.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience with emergency or public safety communications.
2+ years of experience with P25 based LMR systems and devices.
Ability to travel up to 25% for mission support.
Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to polygraph.
Ability to obtain FEMA IS100/IS120/IS200/IS230/IS235/IS242 within 6 months.

Responsibilities

Provide technical and implementation support to the enterprise LMR program.
Perform over-the-air programming and rekeying of radio systems.
Review interoperability agreements and conduct radio inventory and battery management.
Develop policies, procedures, training, briefings, and other communication material.
