• Proficient in project management and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and delivery of land development projects from concept through construction.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk, ensuring timely and quality project delivery.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and coordinate with subconsultants.
