Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Land Purchasing Manager to lead contracting of land development vendors, review construction plans, and ensure compliance with Lennar Land Development standards. You will collaborate with Project Managers to keep development budgets current and oversee bid processes to obtain best price and quality across projects.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in raw land development or civil engineering, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and experience with JD Edwards, Build Pro,

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
College degree in civil engineering preferred.
3+ years in raw land development, civil engineering, value engineering, or estimating.
Offsite/onsite purchasing experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Review civil construction drawings and provide feedback to ensure standards.
Oversee bidding to secure best price, quality, and performance.
Issue contracts and track budgets and line items.
Assist in development cost estimates and forecasting expenditures.
