Atwell, LLC is seeking a Project Manager for its Civil Engineering group to lead diverse projects of varying sizes and complexities, guiding a production team in drafting and finalizing site plans and construction documents.

You will mentor junior staff, prepare hydrology/hydraulic studies, schedules, and storm sewer reports, and provide construction support. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and other engineering software is essential, with growth into a PM role.

Responsibilities

• Project Collaboration: assist in drafting, reviewing, and finalizing site plans and construction documents.
• Mentorship and Guidance: lead and develop junior staff, ensuring tasks are accurate and efficient.
• Technical Guru: prepare reports and recommendations, including hydrology/hydraulic studies, project schedules, and sewer reports.
• Construction Support: provide construction-related services and supervise junior team members.
• Engineering Software Pro: expertise with AutoCAD Civil 3D and other engineering software.
• Future-Ready: develop PM skills through training and mentoring with growth to PM role.
