Civil Werx, LLC. is seeking a Project Manager to lead land development projects from pre-construction through delivery. You will plan schedules, manage budgets, coordinate engineers, developers, and municipalities, and ensure work meets scope, quality, and safety standards.

You will oversee subcontractors, review drawings, handle permits, and communicate clearly with stakeholders. A bachelor’s in CM or civil eng and 5+ years PM experience are preferred; travel may be required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably in land development or civil sitework.
• Proven knowledge of grading, utilities, paving, and erosion control practices.
• Familiarity with land development processes including permitting, zoning, and public infrastructure requirements.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Proficient in project management and construction software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Sage 100.)
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day operations of multiple projects, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use sites.
• Develop and update project schedules and budgets, tracking performance and progress.
• Coordinate permitting and traffic control with local agencies and municipalities so not to cause any delays to production.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure alignment with scope and client expectations.
• Oversee management of subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring performance and cost control.
• Facilitate clear communication between internal teams, field personnel, clients, engineers, and government authorities.
• Identify and resolve project risks, delays, or conflicts, keeping stakeholders informed.
• Review and process submittals, RFIs, change orders, and pay applications.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental requirements, and development agreements.
• Any other duties as assigned.
