Insight Global is looking for a Project Manager in a Civil Engineering & Consulting firm where you will lead a variety of projects across different sizes and complexities. As a Project Manager, you will lead projects in residential or commercial/retail land development, serving as the technical subject matter expert. In this role, you’ll mentor new engineers, drive business development initiatives, and help grow the team. While you won’t have direct reports, you’ll play a key leadership role in guiding projects and shaping the team’s success. Job Responsibilities

• Use AutoCAD Civil 3D and vision for project design and analysis.
• Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring project delivery meets client expectations.

• Provide mentorship to junior staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet high standards
• Partner with the production team to draft, review, and finalize preliminary and final site plans and construction documents.
