Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited university required.
• PE certification required.
• 5–15 years of land development experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation of construction plans and calculations for design, grade lines, alignments, and drainage.
• Coordinate permitting and construction plans for land development projects, including E&S controls.
• Mentor junior staff and support professional growth.
• Assist clients with bidding and construction administration.
• Manage client communications, finances, and team coordination throughout project delivery.
• Participate in business development and client meetings.
