Job summary

The Thrasher Group in Charleston, WV is seeking a Water Resources Engineer to work in a project manager capacity. You will design, analyze, and supervise water and sanitary sewer projects that make a real community impact.

You will lead client communications, coordinate environmental studies and permitting, and guide project teams through execution while upholding safety, quality, and schedule. Travel to project sites is required and a PE is highly desired.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification is highly desired or obtainable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate utility assets and recommend rehabilitation or replacement.
• Support design of water and sanitary sewer rehabilitation projects.
• Coordinate environmental studies, permitting, and analyses.
• Lead project teams and manage client communications.
• Deliver presentations to clients, stakeholders, and regulators.
• Assist with business development and client relationship building.
