Job summary

Entellus, Inc. seeks a Project Manager to join our Land Development team in Phoenix, Arizona. You will oversee business development and manage residential subdivisions, multi-family, commercial, and industrial sites, ensuring quality control and strong client relationships.

The role leads a project team, provides guidance to junior engineers, and reports to the Land Development Discipline Leader. Travel to project sites and client meetings is required, with a hybrid in-office/remote work model.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing land development projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with clients.
• Ability to lead and mentor project teams and coordinate with multidisciplinary staff.
• Proven track record of securing new work and managing client relationships.
• Arizona PE license or ability to obtain is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, negotiate, and manage scope, schedules, and budgets.
• Prepare and manage monthly client invoicing.
• Manage and mentor the project team.
• Manage land development projects through the full lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to secure new work.
