You will help manage production for residential subdivisions, multi-family, commercial, and industrial sites, while guiding EITs and technicians on the project team under the Land Development Discipline Leader. Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of experience on land development projects.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including Teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with clients and team.
• Willingness to travel as needed for meetings and site visits.
• Ability to manage projects, budgets, and schedules.
• Detail-oriented, professional, and a self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation of scope, schedules, and budgets.
• Manage and mentor the project team.
• Run lead on preparation of plans, reports, and submittals.
• Maintain quality control on all project deliverables.
• Provide and teach engineering best practices to younger staff.
• Participate in networking events to represent the firm and assist in developing new business.
