Dewberry is currently seeking a Land Development Project Manager for the Louisville, CO office with the opportunity to work occasionally out of the Denver office as necessary.

This position requires 10+ years of experience in site planning and land development including the production and management of; design of grading, storm water management, urban drainage planning, soil erosion & sediment control, public and private roadways, utilities and site planning for residential, commercial, retail, institutional and recreational facilities.

The projected range for this position is $130,000-$160,000 annually. Depending upon other factors, i.e., skills, experience, location, market conditions, the range may vary slightly.
