Job Description

Dewberry is currently seeking a Land Development Project Manager for the Louisville, CO office, with occasional work out of the Denver office as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Manage site planning and land development projects, including grading, stormwater management, urban drainage, soil erosion & sediment control, roadways, utilities, and site planning for various facilities.
  • Lead project teams and coordinate project activities.
  • Ensure projects meet client expectations, deadlines, and budgets.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 10+ years of experience in land development.
  • Proven business development skills.
  • Leadership and mentoring abilities.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD with Civil3D.
  • Technical expertise in roadway, utilities, and drainage design and construction.
  • Professional Engineering licensure in Colorado.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Team-oriented mindset.
