Civil Science is hiring a Project Manager to support our growing Land Development team in Utah. This role blends design, project management, and client leadership to guide projects, mentor staff, and grow our presence in the state.

We seek a licensed engineer who enjoys mentoring teams, building client relationships, and delivering high-quality public works projects that positively impact communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering.
• 5–10+ years of land development experience.
• PE license required.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage land development projects from concept through construction.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and project performance.
• Perform and review civil design using Civil 3D.
• Serve as the primary client contact and build strong relationships.
• Mentor team members and support business development efforts.
