Job summary

Civil Science is seeking an experienced Land Development Team Lead / Project Manager to join our St. George, Utah office.

You’ll lead the design and delivery of land development projects while mentoring a team of designers and engineers, serving as a primary client contact and helping grow our presence in Southern Utah. This role is ideal for a licensed Professional Engineer who excels at hands-on design, project management, client relationships, and team leadership, with opportunities to win

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and PE license (Utah or ability to obtain).
• 5+ years of land development or civil site engineering experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Strong communication with clients and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and delivery of land development projects from concept through construction.
• Prepare and oversee grading, drainage, utilities, roadway, and site designs using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, scopes, and resources for successful outcomes.
• Perform quality control reviews and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Mentor and supervise designers and engineers; coordinate staffing to meet demand.
