Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field required.
• Texas P.E. license or ability to obtain via reciprocity; E.I.T. candidates considered.
• 3–5+ years of land development engineering experience.
• Proficiency with Civil 3D or similar design tools.
• Strong grading, drainage, and site infrastructure design knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support design and delivery of land development projects from concept through construction.
• Assist with site planning, grading, drainage design, and utility layout.
• Prepare and review plans for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
• Collaborate with project managers on schedules, technical tasks, and client coordination.
• Coordinate with local agencies to ensure permitting and zoning compliance.
• Mentor junior engineers and support team development.
• Provide practical, cost-effective, and innovative design solutions for clients.
