• Prepare construction documents, drainage reports, and permit submittals.
• Attend municipal meetings and support the project approval process.
• Coordinate with internal teams and outside consultants.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to project scheduling and deadlines.
• Support client communication and uphold project quality standards.
